Practice Information
Practice Philosophy:
As President of AgoraMHN, I'm not here to market my own clinical practice. We designed this site to be a transparent marketplace to do two things: 1) help consumers find and the feel comfortable enough to CHOOSE the mental health professional that fits with their specific needs and 2) to help mental health professionals market their practices more effectively.

Adolescent, Adult, Senior
Language Fluency:

Practice / Cultural Specialties:
I speak fluent Rhode Island and can communicate with descendants from the original 13 colonies. My specialty is working with consumers and professionals. I enjoy helping people connect.
I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s heaviest seasons with warmth, clarity, and genuine collaboration. Therapy with me isn't about rigid clinical jargon; it is a safe, conversational space where you can let your guard down and feel truly heard. Together, we will make sense of your struggles and build practical tools to help you move forward.
I believe therapy is a partnership. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored directly to you. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help manage daily thoughts, alongside trauma-informed care and EMDR concepts to process deeper, deep-rooted pain. We won't just talk about the past—we will focus on how to help you feel grounded and empowered today.
A core focus of my practice is supporting women through complex life transitions, maternal stress, and the subtle ways society impacts mental well-being. Together, we work on dismantling burnout, reclaiming your identity, and cultivating a profound sense of self-worth.

Why we created the Agora Mental Health Network
Choosing a great therapist shouldn't have to be so hard. So we created a modern, transparent marketplace: one where mental health professionals can showcase themselves and where consumers can really get to know and choose the person who is just right.
